Returns
Gunz Leather is a Manufacturer and Retailer of high-end leather accessories for the consumer market. All purchases, online and in-store are covered by our refund and returns policy outlined forthwith. Gunz Leather accepts client returns for an exchange or a refund @ any of our stores or registered reseller points. Kindly return your unused, opened items with the invoice in their original box and/or packaging in the condition in which they were purchased within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Please note, due to the manufacturing process involved in personalized orders, a mandatory return that a handling fee of up to 10% maybe charged based on the condition of the returned items and or packaging.
Please note that shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
Any purchases you make through Gunz Leather are protected by our refund policy. As our client, you are entitled to cancel order for the Goods/Services, without any charge being effected to your client account*. This is not applicable to custom projects which carry a penalty determined by the bill of quantities used on the project.
We reserve the right to delay refunding payment for returned goods until the goods supplied are received and returns inspections done and approved by our technicians inhouse or approved roaming technician on the goods in question.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days from receipt of item by Gunz Leather. We will process the refund directly into the clients specified bank account.

Returns Procedures
If you are returning Goods via courier or post office please package the consignment safely, securely and in protective material. The safety and condition of all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been handed over to Gunz Leather.
Please include the Original Order Number and copy of the Returns Request eMail and a copy of your original invoice as well as a copy of your ID with any return.
